Recruiting a new member of staff is a stressful task for
any employer. Our aim is to take out the stress, and make it a hassle free

organisations. Each one of our clients is unique and so we treat them accordingly.

- Once you have informed us that you are looking for a
new member of staff, we will take time to assess the type of position you
are recruiting for, the type of candidate you would like to hire, and how
you like to recruit.
Finding a suitable candidate
- Having defined your needs, we will begin
looking for the most suitable candidates for you. We ensure our database
is extremely organised and regularly maintained allowing us to filter thousands
of CV’s to extract a list of suitable, available candidates, within
Our next step is to ensure that our candidates are properly briefed on
the company and job, and individually screened to ensure suitability for
the role. We will produce a shortlist of the most appropriate candidates,
and send you a copy of their CV’s with a brief introduction. All you
have to do is inform us which candidates you would like to interview.
- We will arrange the interviews for a time and date you suggest.
If you are unsure of how to get the most out of your interviews, we can
assist you with any part of the process including advice on technical tests,
interview techniques or suitable questioning.
Making an offer
- Once you have selected the best candidate for the job,
we can help to negotiate the right offer for all involved (offer too much
and a candidate may get complacent, offer too little and they may leave
after three months). After a start date has been arranged, we will maintain
contact with the candidate until they start, to ensure they retain there
interest in the position.
But our service does not stop when the candidate starts.
- After a candidate has successfully started, we continue
to keep in touch for 6 months to ensure they are happy. Sometimes they are
more comfortable discussing doubts with an agent than their employer. This
way we are able to prevent our candidates’ small concerns growing
into a ‘reason to leave’.
When using ClearView there are no hidden surprises, everything is agreed
and settled before the first CV is sent to prevent against any discrepancy
later on. If for any reason things do not work out for that candidate within
the first three months of employment*, we are happy to resource a suitable
replacement candidate free of charge*.
